Welcome to LedgerLive, a service provided by Red Flag A!ert LLP

If you continue to use this service (the Service), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern Red Flag Alert's relationship with you in regards to the Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not continue with your usage of the Service.

The term ‘Red Flag Alert’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the Service, Red Flag A!ert LLP (OC305915), whose registered office is 340 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4LY. The term ‘you’ refers to the user of the service.

Support and Service Availability

Red Flag Alert will make reasonable efforts to provide support for the Service by email on support@ledgerlive.com. However, no guarantee is made as to the availability or response time of the Service, and we reserve the right to withdraw access at any time.

Our responsibility

All content and information provided with the Service is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered through the Service for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials are based on information from third parties over which we have no control, and may contain inaccuracies or errors. We expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Terms of Use

Application Information

Red Flag Alert takes data protection very seriously and we are committed to taking care of your business data.

All of our systems use the latest security software and processes to keep your information secure.

An inherent component of providing our services to you is that our systems gather data from your accounting software as well as other sources. We use the information to provide you with a range of tools and services to help you run your business. This may involve using your data to interface to third party systems; to enhance the databases we use to provide the service and to enhance other risk and fraud prevention services to others; and for monitoring of performance, statistical analysis and the identification of improvements to the Service.

By using our Services, you agree to grant us a royalty-free, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use this data as set out in these terms.

We may share this information with other third parties who assist us in providing the Service. In such circumstances, any data used will be anonymous and will not identify you as the source unless we receive your permission to do so.

Your responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to notify us promptly of any changes in the details you have provided to us.

You agree to keep your username and password secure and to notify us immediately if you suspect that this is no longer the case. You are responsible for any activity through the Service arising out of any failure to keep your password secure. We may disable access at our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

If at any time you wish to cease using the Service, you may contact us to request deactivation of your account. Within a reasonable time of this notification, we will remove any access you may have given us to your accounting software and delete your user account. Historical data will be maintained by us as described above.

Amendments

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time. If we do so, we will notify you by email to the address provided when you signed up to the Service.

UK Usage Only

This service may only be used in the United Kingdom. Your use of the service is subject to the laws of England, and we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any dispute that might arise.
